Kyiv-based HR platform PeopleForce has secured $5.38 million in a pre-Series A round, co-led by Pracuj Ventures and u.ventures. The fresh funding will enable the startup to expand its operations in Poland and LATAM.
- PeopleForce was founded in 2018 by Andrew Cetinick. The firm develops a modern, all-in-one HR platform designed to streamline the entire employee experience and automate HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- The firm focuses on flexibility and customization, offering six core modules, CoreHR, Recruit, Perform, Pulse, Time, and Desk, that enable companies to tailor the platform to their unique HR needs.
- PeopleForce integrates easily with existing tools and provides mobile access, real-time analytics, and workflow automation, making it a valuable solution for HR professionals, managers, and teams.
- The company has over 1,300 clients across more than 30 countries, with over 100,000 active users on its HR platform. It is trusted by global companies, including industry leaders like Deloitte, Rakuten, Reply, Merxu, Ajax, and eSky.

- The round was led by Warsaw-based VC Pracuj Ventures, which focuses on early-stage HR and EdTech startups, and u.ventures, a Chicago-based VC specializing in early-stage technology companies with global growth potential. Dnipro VC also participated in the round.
