The fresh round was backed by N1 Investment Company, which joined as a strategic partner.
The investment was made via Horizon Capital Growth Fund IV, which typically writes $10–40 million.
Each company will receive grants ranging from €300,000 to €500,000, with access to the EIC Accelerator.
The round was led by Axon Enterprise, with participation from Munkene AS.
Swarmer finished the day at $31 per share and later climbed to above $40, pushing the company’s market capitalization to well over $400 million.
The investment came in the form of a non-dilutive credit facility provided by PvX Partners.
