Paris-based startup Shiplog has raised about $1 million in a pre-seed funding round to develop an AI-powered customer intelligence platform designed to help businesses personalise customer interactions in real time, as Vestbee was informed
- Founded in 2026 by Khushi Mehta and Mehdi Gribaa, Shiplog is building an AI agent called Ada, which creates live customer profiles and determines the next best action for each customer across the entire lifecycle.
- The startup aims to transform how companies approach customer intelligence by moving away from traditional segmentation models and static dashboards toward real-time, AI-driven personalisation. Shiplog believes existing customer data platforms, customer success tools, and marketing automation systems are built around outdated customer segments rather than individual behaviour.
- Ada continuously analyses customer activity and adapts recommendations across marketing campaigns, product experiences, onboarding journeys, customer support, and retention efforts. The platform integrates with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Shopify, and Stripe to help businesses make faster, data-driven decisions.
- The company positions its technology as an intelligence layer that connects customer data, customer success, and personalisation into a single adaptive system, allowing businesses to deliver tailored experiences for every user.
Details of the deal
- The round was backed by Kima Ventures and Project Europe, alongside Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN, and Station F Fund, as well as angel investors.
- Shiplog plans to use the funding to accelerate product development, expand its engineering team in Paris, strengthen integrations, and scale its first partner pilots across industries including fintech, cybersecurity, software, and consumer businesses.
