Portuguese proptech startup Relive, which builds tools to support real estate agents rent, buy, and sell properties, has raised $5.5 million in a Series A round led by Indico Capital Partners, with participation from Shilling and Bynd.
- Founded in 2020 by José Costa Rodrigues, Sérgio Ferrás, and Henrique Brás, Relive is a digital platform that provides real estate agents with tools to buy, sell, and rent properties efficiently. It allows agents to work remotely and streamline transactions.
- Headquartered in Texas, Relive offers a free apartment locator service. Clients share their preferences, receive a list of options, and can tour properties virtually or in person. Once they apply, approvals typically take 24-48 hours, with assistance available for setting up utilities and insurance to ensure a smooth move-in process.
Details of the deal
- Indico Capital Partners, a Lisbon-based early-stage venture capital firm that raised €76 million Fund II, led the funding round. The firm focuses on supporting early-stage tech startups in the global market. Shilling VC and Bynd Venture Capital also joined the Series A round.
