Madrid-based startup Job&Talent raises €92M for its AI-powered workforce management platform

Madrid-based startup Job&Talent, which develops an AI-powered workforce management platform, has raised €92 million in a Series F funding round. Investors include Atomico, BlackRock, and DN Capital.

  • Job&Talent was founded in 2009 by Felipe Navío and Juan Urdiales. The firm is an AI-powered platform designed to efficiently connect job seekers with employers.
  • Clara, the AI recruitment agent, automates interviews, candidate screening, and role matching. She also manages follow-ups, onboarding, and compliance checks, helping fill vacancies in two hours and operating 24/7 to speed up the hiring process.
  • Clara has conducted over 180,000 interviews, leading to more than 7,000 hires in just a few months, as the startup reports.

  • To date, the company is operating in 10 countries across Europe, the US, and Latin America. Job&Talent has placed over 300,000 workers in industries such as logistics and retail.

Details of the deal

  • The Series F round saw support from London-based VC Atomico, New York's BlackRock, DN Capital, Hercules, InfraVia, Kibo, and Investemnt management firm Kinnevik.
  • Job&Talent will use the €92 million in funding to drive AI innovation, enhancing its workforce management platform with automated solutions, and to support global expansion.
