Benefit Systems has acquired Wellbee, a Polish psychotherapy platform, marking an exit of Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder and WP2 Investments.

Czech investment funds, Tensor Ventures and Depo Ventures, have announced their joint exit — the funds sold their shares in American-Israeli AI chip startup, Neuronix AI, to US tech giant Microchip Technology.
