Brno-based startup ThreatMark has secured $23 million to expand its global reach and enhance its fraud prevention technology.

San Francisco-based quantum software startup BlueQubit has raised $10 million in a seed funding round led by Nyca Partners, with support from Presto Tech Horizons, Restive, and Chaac Ventures.

Czech mental health startup Elin.ai has closed a €1 million pre-seed round, securing €420,000 from JSK Investments. Other investors include Presto Ventures and BD Partners.

Prague-based mental health platform Upheal has secured $10 million in a Series A funding round, led by Headline, with participation from Credo Ventures and KAYA VC.

Presto Tech Horizons fund has made its first investments, adding three startups to its portfolio: Vidar Systems, Bavovna, and Tur.ai.
