Notable Funding Rounds across the EU:
- German foodtech startup GoodBytz secures €12M in Series A funding for its robotic kitchen assistants, aimed at addressing the skills shortage in the culinary industry.
- German healthcare startup Lillian Care has secured pre-seed €2.4M. Nina Capital led the investment, with participation from Aescuvest, Caesar Ventures, OHA BTG, Calmstorm. The platform facilitates hybrid medical practices, alleviating the workload on physicians.
- London-based AI platform Klu has raised $1.7M in a pre-seed funding round by Firstminute Capital, including a16z, Sequoia Capital, Craft Ventures, Atomico, as well as angel investors. New Venture Funds:
- Parisian Tikehau Capital has announced the first close of a €200M private equity vehicle focused on cybersecurity. This marks the largest dedicated vehicle for digital security in Europe.

- Romanian-founded Proportunity, a proptech/ fintech startup has secured €130M in a funding round that combines both debt and equity. The investment comes from Greek VC VentureFriends, Kibo Ventures, Anthemis, Amro Partners, and Entrepreneur First.
- Poland's EcoBean, a sustainability startup, has secured €7M in funding through the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) program. The company specializes in transforming used coffee grounds into sustainable bio-based materials.
