Notable funding rounds across Europe:
- German healthtech EGYM has raised $200 million in growth capital from L Catterton, pushing its valuation to over $1 billion.
- Munich’s Quantum Systems has completed an additional Series B funding round, closing it at €100 million. The new lead investors are Notion Capital and Porsche SE.
- Berlin-based ground transportation marketplace Distribusion has raised $80 million Series C round led by TQ Ventures, with participation from Lightrock.
- London’s productivity software company Raycast has raised a $30 million Series B round. Atomico led the funding.
- UK simulation startup Vsim has raised $21.5 million in a seed round led by EQT Ventures. Factorial Fund, Samsung Next, Concept Ventures, Lakestar Scout Fund, also participated.

- Vilnius-based car parts platform Ovoko, which connects buyers with used car parts, has raised €20 million in a Series B funding round led by Smash Capital.
- Tallinn-based cross-border finance platform Mifundo has received €10 million, including a €1.2 million pre-seed round led by Tera Ventures and an €8.8 million from the EIC Accelerator.
- Tallinn-based biotech startup ÄIO has secured €6.1 million. The funding was provided by Voima Ventures, 2C Ventures, SmartCap, and Nordic Foodtech VC.
- Polish startup Pergamin, which automates contract management in companies, has raised $3 million to scale its platform globally. The proceeds came from OnDean Forward.
- Riga’s platform Mintos, which offers alternative and traditional investment opportunities for long-term investors, has raised €2 million in debt funding from FlyCap.
- Bucharest-based edtech startup Youni has raised €900,000 in a seed funding round led by Soulmates Ventures, with participation from Early Game Ventures.
- Estonian patient relationship and clinical data management platform Certific has raised €700,000 from FIRSTPICK, Change Ventures, and HEARTFELT_VC.

- Bilbao-based VC Acurio Ventures, formerly known as All Iron Ventures, has raised €150 million for Acurio Ventures III. This fund aims to support around 50 early-stage European startups, primarily in seed and Series A rounds.
- Prague-based PurposeTech, a venture capital firm that supports Central and Eastern European founders, has closed its oversubscribed first pre-seed venture capital fund aimed at health, sustainability, and education startups across the region.
