Notable Funding Rounds across EU:

Paris-based e-commerce B2B and B2C marketplace SaaS platform Mirakl secures €100M in credit from BNP Paribas, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Natixis, and Société Générale.
Vienna-based edtech GoStudent raises $95M, offers one-to-one, video-based tuition in 30+ subjects with a valuation of €3B. The funding round was led by Left Lane Capital and DN Capital.
Munich-based VR company Hologate raised €8.3M from Bolero Holdings and Vester Partners, with Cherry Ventures to grow its presence in Europe and North America.

NATO Innovation Fund closes €1B flagship fund with 23 NATO Allies as Limited Partners. The world's first multi-sovereign VC fund will invest in deep tech startups addressing defense and security challenges.
Ocean14 Capital, a Luxembourg-based fund dedicated to sustainable solutions in the Blue Economy for ocean health, has exceeded its €150M funding goal with a €20M investment from Convex Group. The fund is now aiming to reach €200M by the end of 2023.
Italy based VC LIFTT secured €38M from Azimut in a €62M funding round. LIFTT supports early stage startups focused on impact and ESG across Europe.
TiLT Capital Fund I, a Paris-based energy transition fund, secures €5M investment from PFR Ventures as part of Poland's Green Hub program. The fund's capitalization now exceeds €250M and plans to invest in European energy and climate sector companies.

Bosnian fitness tech startup Rolla raises €6.3M in seed funding led by Mate Rimac and Hellen’s Rock, to build a gamified fitness platform promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Lithuanian deeptech startup Genomika raises €5M to revolutionize genetics with DNA data storage, pioneering genetics advancements.
Kyiv-based sustainable paper product manufacturer, Releaf Paper, has secured €4M from the EU Commission.
Polish startup Fungies.io secures $850k in pre-seed funding to build a no-code SaaS platform for indie gaming studios. Investors include DEPO Ventures, Czechfounders.VC, Necto Labs, CV VC, Outlier Ventures, Tatum, and StartupYard
Ukrainian deeptech startup Zibra AI , simplifying VFX creation using real-time 3D simulation and generative AI, raises $500k from a16z Speedrun.
Ukrainian medtech startup Mark secures $200k in seed funding for its AI-based medical platform with future plans to enter the USA and Scandinavia markets.
Wirtualna Polska acquires 100% shares of Audioteka for nearly €17M. The audiobook service offers content in 9 languages across 23 countries.
Polish SaaS startup Primetric is acquired by BigTime Software, an American PSA software provider. The deal amount was not disclosed.
