Woltair

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Founded in 2018, Czech Woltair (previously Topíte.cz) is a climate tech startup that introduced a digital platform connecting consumers, technicians, and supply chains to streamline the purchase and installation proces, making it easy for consumers to choose heat pumps and take care of billings and servicings. Recently secured series A round of €16.3M from ArcTern Ventures, Aternus, Inven Capital, KAYA, Movens Capital, The Westly Group will be allocated to grow the team, invest in product development, and expand to new markets such as Poland.

Craft

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Hungarian Craft, founded in 2019, is a software startup that builds a platform for managing and creating different types of documents. With Craft, users can generate customized long emails, PDFs, and Word documents among other formats, for all screen sizes, as well as create shared spaces for teamwork. Recently secured funding in the amount of €12.2M will be allocated to further product development. The round was led by EBRD, with other investors participating such as Creandum, and InReach Ventures.

Klaus

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Tallinn-based Klaus is an AI-powered customer service platform that enables the analysis and full coverage of customer interactions. The platform generates insights that are meaningful and can be used to improve the service quality among various organizations (among the clients are for example Glovo, SoundCloud or Epic Games). The startup has recently been supported by Acton Capital, Creandum, Global Founders Capital, Icebreaker.vc, and business angel, securing €12M series A round to scale and grow. 

Jobbatical

Estonia-based Jobbatical, founded in 2014, is a startup that creates a job immigration and relocation platform, with the ultimate goal to make the worker migration process paperless. Recently secured series A round in the amount of €11.6M from Devotion Ventures, Inventure, Karma Ventures, Metaplanet Holdings, Schweizerische Post (PTT), Union Square Ventures, and business angels will support the development of its platform as well as accelerate its expansion to thirty new countries. 

Autenti

Location: Poznan, Poland

Poznan-based Autenti, founded in 2012, is a fintech startup creating a national standard for digital signatures. Autenti’s cloud-based platform allows customers to securely sign contracts online, and manage and store whole documentation quickly and conveniently. Recently, Autenti landed a series B round from 3TS Capital Partners, Alior Bank, Black Pearls VC, BNP Paribas, Elevator Ventures, Innovation Nest, and PKO VC. The secured funding will be used to scale the activities across Europe. 

Koos

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Koos is a platform for community incentives that provides flexible, equity-like advantages to contributors who are not employees. The startup enables tracking the support of all stakeholders in a community or business, without having to give away equity. Koos has recently secured a seed round of €4M from LocalGlobe, Plural VC, Superangel, and Tiny VC, and the obtained funding will support Koos’ efforts to build its presence in the UK and across Europe. 

DoxyChain

Poland-based DoxyChain is a blockchain-based document management platform making it more secure and fit for the web3 world. Its digital contract management system has all the actions secured by blockchain and the solution relies on smart contracts, with APIs for major enterprise applications and other blockchains. The startup has recently secured a €2.2 seed round from CV VC, Level2 Ventures, Muller Medien, and SATUS Starter with a goal to support product development, and team growth.

Trusted Twin

Poland-based Trusted Twin is a developer platform that enables an almost immediate secure and reliable sharing of operational data. By leveraging the power of digital twin architecture to offer a data layer specifically filtered and designed for the sharing of operational data, startup ensures the trust and control between collaborating partners. Trusted Twin has recently been backed by ff Venture Capital, Movens Capital, Presto Ventures, RKKVC, and Startup Wise Guys in a €850K pre-seed round. Funding will be spent on increasing the team count and customer base. 

Trapview

Slovenia-based Trapview is a pest monitoring system utilizing proprietary IoT + AI to revolutionize crop protection decision-making. Platform’s automated traps send real-time data to farmers about the pest situation in their fields and use AI to analyze and predict the development of pest dynamics. Recently secured €10M Series B round, from Demeter, European Circular Bioeconomy Fund, and Pymwymic will accelerate the startup’s commercial development. 

PerfectBot

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Founded in 2020, Polish-based startup PerfectBot works on intelligent bots that automate customer service in the e-commerce industry in terms of fashion and beauty. The tool understands questions asked in a natural language and provides specific answers, being able to address 250 different problems. With PerfectBot stores can quickly automate more than 50% of customer service matters. The company has recently closed a €600K seed round from K2 Internet, KnowledgeHub and Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder.
