- Its live business graph analyzes billions of digital signals from company websites, public registries, regulatory filings, product catalogs, social profiles, and trusted news sources.
- The company tracks more than 640 million businesses across 249 countries, covering legal registrations, operating locations, corporate structures, and other company attributes.
- Veridion serves more than 100 organizations across market intelligence, insurance, third-party risk management, ESG, procurement, and supply chain operations, with Experian among its partners.
Details of the deal
- With the fresh capital, the firm plans to accelerate product development, grow its team, and expand internationally.
"Every important decision about a company still depends on data that is usually out of date. Veridion is rebuilding that foundation for the entire economy, and we believe it can become one of the most important data companies in the world," claims Hussein Kanji, Founder of Hoxton Ventures.
