Ukrainian-founded Robutler raises $400k for its “YouTube of Software”

US-based Robutler, a software platform that enables users to create, share, and remix applications, has raised $400,000 from ZAS Ventures, marking its first institutional investment.

  • Founded in 2025 by Volodymyr Seliuchenko, Robutler is building a platform with free professional-grade applications for documents, presentations, design, video, engineering, project management, whiteboards, music, and games.
  • The platform enables real-time collaboration and integrates AI features across its applications.
  • Users can also publish and remix existing apps, with creators earning rewards when their applications or remixes are used. The company describes the model as the “YouTube of software.”
  • Robutler has filed three patent applications covering agent discovery, trust ranking, and app-usage attribution, and has developed two open protocols, Agent OAuth and UAMP, for identity and messaging between AI agents.

Details of the deal

  • The fresh capital will support the development of Robutler’s underlying infrastructure for AI agents, enabling applications and agents to discover, trust, and collaborate with one another. The platform also connects with external AI assistants and coding agents, including Claude and Codex.
