Qorelo raises $3.5M to accelerate AI-powered SAP migration and ERP transformation

German firm Qorelo, which builds AI software for SAP teams working on enterprise ERP transformations and migrations to S/4HANA, has secured a $3.5 million in a seed round led by HPI Ventures and Caesar Ventures, with participation from 10x Founders, Antler, Adesso Ventures, and Angel Invest.

  • Founded in 2025 by Nicholas Torabi, Louis Schmidlin, and Marino Kurtović, Qorelo develops software for SAP teams working on large ERP programs, especially migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and subsequent system changes after go-live.
  • The product connects to an organisation’s SAP environment and uses domain-specific AI to process requirements, analyse custom ABAP code, and translate business needs into implementation steps such as fit-gap analysis, scope definition, and configuration guidance.
  • In practice, it reduces the manual effort involved in preparing documentation and planning changes by structuring existing system and project data into usable delivery outputs for SAP consultants and internal teams, and it continues to be used for handling new requirements and optimisations as the system evolves.

Details of the deal

  • The fresh round will be used to build out the product, hire across engineering and SAP delivery, and grow sales so the company can take on more enterprise SAP S/4HANA migration projects and push its automation further into real deployments.
