Copenhagen-based venture capital firm PSV Tech has closed its second fund at €56 million to back Nordic startups at the pre-seed and early stages, with a focus on AI, software, and digital infrastructure.
- Launched in 2020 as part of PSV Venture House and based at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), PSV Tech invests in startups before they reach product-market fit. The firm is managed by General Partners Helle Uth, Richard Breiter, Alexander Viterbo-Horten, and Christel Piron.
- PSV Tech's first fund made 47 investments, with portfolio companies including Teton and Spektr, which have since raised $20 million Series A rounds.
- In 2025, PSV Tech launched Fund II with a €70 million target to support founders across the Nordics. The fund has now reached its final close at €56 million and has made 19 investments across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, including 12 over the past nine months.
- With the new capital, PSV Tech aims to continue backing founders at the earliest stages, helping startups develop their products, reach product-market fit, and prepare for subsequent growth funding.
The fund saw backing from new LPs Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker and Nordea-fonden, alongside existing investors including ATP, EIFO, IDA, Christian Lund, Henrik Printzlau, Sebastian Knutsson, Morten Ebbesen, and Niels Ebbesen.
