Entourage closes €100M second fund to back early-stage startups across Europe

European venture capital firm Entourage has closed its second fund at €100 million, exceeding its initial €75 million target within two weeks of starting fundraising. The fund will invest in around 25 pre-seed and seed-stage companies across Europe and beyond, with initial investments ranging from €1 million to €5 million.

  • Founded in 2024 by Pieterjan Bouten, co-founder and former CEO of Showpad, Entourage backs early-stage technology companies. Fund II will target artificial intelligence, enterprise software, robotics, physical AI and deeptech, expanding beyond the software focus of its first fund. The firm also plans to reserve additional capital for follow-on investments in its portfolio companies.
  • Since launching its first fund, Entourage has invested in companies including cybersecurity startup Aikido Security, AI-powered research platform Conveo and legaltech company Lexroom.
  • Alongside its investment activities, Entourage operates Entourage Studio, a venture-building arm that combines capital and operational expertise to co-found new businesses. One of its portfolio companies, AI-powered enterprise process mining and automation startup Tekst, raised €11.5 million in a Series A round in May 2026.
  • The fund was backed by entrepreneurs, family offices and private investors. Entourage has not disclosed individual LPs.
  • As part of its expansion, Entourage has added Erwan Gardelle, Sixtine Riescher Tuczkiewicz and Illja Schiller to its investment team, opened an office in London and established a presence in Paris.
