Milan-based future of work company Cosmico has raised €12 million in a Series B round combining equity and debt. The round was led by P101 SGR, with participation from existing investors, including Prana Ventures.
- Founded in 2020 by Francesco Marino, Simone Tornabene, and Matteo Roversi, Cosmico is developing a future of work ecosystem across Italy and Spain. Its platform spans Talent-as-a-Service for digital professionals and creators, community-driven employee engagement, and AI-supported team design.
- As part of the transaction, Cosmico also completed the acquisition of Flatmates, a creator agency operating across Italy, Spain, and the US. The move gives Cosmico full ownership of the company after initially acquiring a majority stake in 2024.
- Founded in 2021, Flatmates focuses on talent representation, creator-brand collaborations, original content production, and editorial channels. Its client roster includes Ducati, NordVPN, Google, Xiaomi, Trade Republic, and Generali.
- Cosmico says it currently works with more than 35,000 digital professionals and over 300 clients through its teams in Milan and Madrid. The new capital will be used to support the company’s expansion strategy, including three additional acquisitions planned by the end of 2026.
