Italian Saas startup Zefi.ai has secured €1.6 million, led by 360 Capital and 14Peaks Capital. The fresh capital will help Zefi.ai expand its platform around European tech companies and develop its product to deliver value to its customers.
- Founded in 2023 by Alexandros Fokianos, Aurora Maggio, Daniele Borlizzi, Leonardo Vezzati, and Nicola Sebastianelli, Zefi.ai develops an AI platform that manages customer conversations' analysis, identifying growth opportunities, cost reductions, and customer loyalty. The startup aims to improve customer comprehension and loyalty.
- In 2023, Zefi.ai was awarded Product of the Day on ProductHunt and included in the Slush 100 Europe. Moreover, the startup collaborates with several global firms through programs such as AWS Startup Loft and NVIDIA Inception.
Details of the deal
- The investment was led by 360 Capital, a Paris-based venture capital firm that manages €500 million in assets and invests in tech startups across Europe, along with Swiss VC 14Peaks Capital, which funds fintech and B2B SaaS companies across Europe and the US.

- The round saw participation from the Italian B-Heroes and BIT, the Spanish Secways and Aticco Ventures, and international funds Growth Engine, Vento, the Italian chapter of Exor Ventures, and Halo, the angel program of Lakestar.
- With the fresh capital, Zefi.ai plans to grow its product to provide value to clients and extend its platform to include European tech businesses
