Paris-based startup Yampa, which creates AI-powered agents to enhance customer service performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences, has raised €3 million in a seed funding round led by Partech, with participation from private investors.
- Founded in 2024 by Patrice Mazoyer, Marin Huet, and Baptiste Saintot, Yampa develops autonomous AI agents that provide 24/7 customer service, enhancing service quality and reducing costs. These agents integrate with major CRM platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk to improve customer interactions.
- Yampa's Y.Core platform allows AI agents to autonomously handle customer issues across various channels, making decisions and taking actions, while escalating complex cases to human teams when needed.
- According to the startup, Yampa’s AI agents resolve 50% of technical hotline tickets autonomously in IT services, improve multilingual email management productivity by 30% in e-commerce, and ensure 100% of emergency calls are answered instantly in property management.
Details of the deal
- The round was led by Partech, a Paris-based global tech venture capital firm managing €2.5 billion in assets, with offices in Paris, Berlin, Dakar, Dubai, Nairobi, and San Francisco.
