Warsaw-based fintech Wealthon has raised €11.5 million in debt from CVI Dom Maklerski. The investment will help Wealthon fund SMEs in Poland, grow enterprises, and further develop its financial products.
- Founded in 2018, Wealthon offers financing and business tools to support entrepreneurs in their development and in addressing current financial challenges by providing modern forms of financing.
- The company provides 100% online applications and instant loan decisions. Its artificial intelligence platform provides creditworthiness analysis, financial habit recommendations, and tailored financing offers to meet the needs of Polish entrepreneurs.
- Wealthon collaborated with IdoSell, creating POSCASH e-commerce loans to address domestic market challenges.
Details of the deal
- The investment was led by CVI Dom Maklerski, an independent asset manager that runs ten private debt strategies in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its inception, CVI has completed nearly 700 private debt investments.
- The fresh capital will help Wealthon speed technological advancements, expand the range of its products, and further support Polish startups with financial solutions.
