Notable funding rounds across Europe:
- UK-based robotics and data intelligence company Dexory has closed an $80 million Series B round. Investors include DTCP, Latitude Ventures, Atomico, Lakestar.
- German ESG platform Atlas Metrics has raised a €12.2 million Series A funding, which came from MMC Ventures, b2ventures, Cherry Ventures, and Redstone.
- Swiss drone aerial robotics startup Voliro has raised $12 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Cherry Ventures.
- Paris-based contract management platform Formality has secured €8 million in funding. The round was led by Partech and Serena, with additional support from BPI.
- Vienna-based Flinn.ai, which automates medtech quality and regulatory processes, has raised €6 million in a seed round led by Cherry Ventures.
- Paris-based DinMo, which assists marketing teams in activating and managing customer data from the cloud, has secured €5 million.
- German AI startup Briink, which builds tools to help ESG analysts accelerate sustainable investments, has secured €3.85 million co-led by EquityPitcher Ventures and 13books Capital.
- Amsterdam-based digital banking experience platform Plumery has raised $3.3 million. The capital came from DN Capital and Fontes.
- Vienna-based legaltech startup fynk, which develops contract management software, has secured €3.1 million. The round was led by 3VC and 10x Founders.
- Cologne-based foodtech startup Foodforecast has raised €3 million in an equity round. The funding was co-led by Scalehouse Capital and Future Food Fund II.
- French deeptech startup Dessia, which develops AI-powered robotic process automation software, has raised €3 million.
- Aachen-based Voltfang, which transforms used electric vehicle batteries into sustainable energy storage systems, has raised €8 million in a Series A round, led by FORWARD.One.
CEE startup funding rounds & acquisitions:
- Zagreb-based adtech startup all eyes on screens has secured €10 million in a Series B funding. The round was led by Taiwania Capital, with participation from Lead Ventures, J&T Ventures, and South Central Ventures.
- Vilnius-based regtech startup AMLYZE has secured a €2.35 million seed funding led by Practica Capital, with backing from FIRSTPICK, Coinvest Capital, and NGL.
- Czech startup PARTORY, which develops a software solution designed to help engineering and manufacturing companies digitize their supply chains, has raised €1.25 million from Jet Ventures.
- Berlin-based healthtech startup family.cards has raised €1.2 million in a seed round led by Brandenburg Kapital, OHA, and Healthcare 7 Ventures.
- Vilnius-based AI startup Sort A Brick has raised €1.15 million in pre-seed funding. The investment was led by FIRSTPICK, with support from nine business angels.
- Budapest-based edtech startup Voovo has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Techstars, with participation from OUVC and STRT Holding Nyrt.

- Paris-based VC firm Kurma Partners has secured €140 million for Biofund IV, marking the first closing of the fund. It aims to support 16 to 20 startups focused on innovative therapeutics solutions.
