Notable funding rounds across Europe:
- UK quantum error correction tech company Riverlane has raised $75 million in Series C funding led by Planet First Partners.
- Delft-based nanotechnology research startup VSParticle has raised €6.5 million in a Series A2 extension led by NordicNinja.
- German NewSpace supplier startup Dcubed, which offers shelf products designed to reduce costs for space missions, has secured €4.4 million in a Series A round.
- London-based startup Userled, which helps B2B companies convert more key accounts through 1:1 personalization at scale, has secured £4 million.
- Helsinki-based gaming startup Social First, which creates rich social multiplayer and MMO games, has raised $4.2 million in a seed funding round.
- Berlin-based AI therapist Clare&Me, which provides a safe space for users to talk about their problems and improve their mental well-being, has secured €3.7 million.
- Cambridge-based startup OW, which developed a digital smell technology, has secured £2.2 million from Parkwalk Advisors and Innovate UK.
- London-based AI robotics startup PHINXT Robotics has raised €2.3 million. The round was led by Sure Valley Ventures.
- German's startup DC Connected Car, which specializes in maintaining vehicles through digital innovation and remote diagnostics, has secured €2.1 million seed.
- Dublin-based gaming startup MixRift has secured $1.6 million in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was co-led by Outsized Ventures and Underline Ventures.
- Swiss startup DemoSquare that develops AI global political monitoring solution has secured €1.28 million in a pre-seed funding round to expand into European markets.
CEE startup funding rounds & acquisitions:
- Vilnius-based biotech startup Biomatter has secured €6.5 million. The investment came from Inventure, UVC Partners, Practica Capital, and Metaplanet.
- Riga-based investment platform Mintos, which offers both alternative and traditional investment opportunities, has raised €3.1 million from over 3,300 investors.
- Latvian startup Electrify, which retrofits vehicles and produces electric minibuses for city and intercity transport in Europe, has secured €1.5 million from ZGI Capital.
- Polish startup Revoize, which develops noise reduction and speech enhancement technologies, has secured over $500,000 from AIP Seed and Marcin Żukowski.
- Ukrainian-founded startup InputSoft, a management software for airport operations, has secured $50,000 from Kyiv and San Francisco-based fund ZAS Ventures.
- Seeds of Bravery, a €20 million initiative aimed at integrating Ukrainian companies into the European market, has awarded €2 million to 59 Ukraine’s startups.
- Polish-founded The Linghos, specializing in speech therapy and also known for Pogaduszki, has secured investment from Simpact Ventures and SMOK Ventures.
