- Global fintech SumUp has raised €1.5 billion in an oversubscribed round led by Goldman Sachs. Backers include AllianceBernstein, Apollo Global Management, and Deutsche Bank AG among others.
- Danish-founded fintech Ageras has raised €82 million led by Investcorp, with participation from Folketrygdfondet, and Lazard.
- Dutch fintech Pleo has secured a €40 million debt financing facility from HSBC Innovation Banking.
- Copenhagen-based challenger bank Lunar raises €24.1 million. This investment came after a two-part investment round in February that totaled €26.8 million.
- Ghent-based Aikido, the get-it-done security platform for developers and SMEs, has raised over €16 million in a Series A round.
- French Carbonfact that develops carbon management software for fashion companies has raised a $15 million Series A round.

- Czech-founded TrueClaim has secured a $2.1 million pre-seed funding round to develop its AI-powered platform tailored for HR and self-insured employees.
- Birdwingo, a Czech-founded startup based in Prague and New York, has closed a €1.2 million funding round to launch a financial education and investment platform.

- Belgian VC Imec.xpand has launched a new €300 million fund to accelerate the growth of transformative semiconductor and nanotechnology innovations.

- Gideon Valkin, ex-Monzo, has launched Andrena Ventures, a $12 million solo GP fund. It is sector agnostic with focus on categories like AI, climate tech and B2B enterprise solutions.
