German legaltech firm stp.one has acquired Amberlo, a Vilnius-based platform backed by Iron Wolf Capital, to boost its growth and expand AI-driven solutions across Europe.
About Amberlo
- Founded in 2017 by Erika Kavalis and Aidas Kavalis, Amberlo develops a cloud-based platform that helps law firms organize and manage administrative and operational tasks in a centralized system.
- The platform offers functionality for managing contacts, cases, documents, time tracking, billing, and task scheduling.
About stp.one
- Stp.one, based in Karlsruhe, was founded in 2023. The company provides software solutions for legal professionals, insolvency administrators, notaries, and legal departments.
- With a team of 400 professionals across 10 locations, its platform offers tools for managing legal tasks, automating workflows, and processing data.
Details of the deal and the acquisition
- The partnership will improve product offerings, strengthen stp.one's presence in European markets, and support growth for both companies in serving law firms, insolvency administrators, and legal departments.
