Every month, Vestbee evaluates the European startup landscape to highlight noteworthy startups. Cequence, ReSpo.Vision, Nordics.io, Fusebox Energy, Akurateco, Wantent, Thera, Hackrate, Hypherdata, and MyDello were chosen during the Vestbee Summer Pitch CEE, a program, powered by HubSpot and Carta, that connects innovative regional startups with top global investors. Through the online sessions, these startups had the opportunity to pitch their solutions directly to dozens of international VC funds.

Cequence
Cequence, a CEE-based contract lifecycle management platform, streamlines workflows and eliminates human error by automating manual tasks in contract management. From small to global players, its clients report staggering results: 50 % faster contract execution, 62 % higher compliance, and a 34 % team productivity increase. All hand-in-hand with the latest technology available: AI, ML, and Natural Language Processing.
ReSpo.Vision
Polish ReSpo.Vision was founded by Paweł Osterreicher, Mateusz Szala, Wojciech Rosiński, and Łukasz Grad in 2020. It creates and evaluates 3D skeletal tracking data from sports events. Using a single camera as the video input, ReSpo.Vision’s system recognizes the 3D positions of the ball and more than fifty body parts of each participant in every video frame. This can be a TV broadcast, a tape from a training session, or any recording, past or current.
Nordics.io
Nordics.io is a Slovak AI-powered platform for IT projects that revolutionizes external IT project management for enterprises through AI-driven RFx creation, vendor selection, and management, ensuring precise expertise matches. Co-founded in 2020 by Lukáš Řezanina, Robert Dečman, and Michael Mušinka, Nordics.io connects enterprises with suitable IT providers and their teams by analyzing data from multiple sources to provide detailed advice on budgets, schedules, and technological solutions.
Fusebox Energy
Estonian climate tech startup Fusebox Energy develops a platform that provides a cloud-based environment designed to meet the needs of current power utilities and hybrid site owners. It addresses the need to quickly make decisions in order to monitor and balance production and consumption among multiple sources and integrate intermittent renewables. This allows utilities and renewable generation holdings to generate income and lower energy costs.
Akurateco
Akurateco is a Ukrainian B2B fintech company that develops a payment platform. Founded in 2019 by Andrew Riabchuk, Vlad Kuiantsev and Olexandra Dolia, it enables financial institutions to unlock new revenue streams by implementing payment orchestration technology. Akurateco’s customers get access to a fully branded, PCI-DSS compliant software and 400 ready-to-use third-party integrations for VAS providers. They can use the platform to start a new payment processing business or to replace existing inefficient legacy systems.
Wantent
Co-founded in 2019 by Lesha Shaldenko, Ph.D., and Artem Melnychenko, Ph.D., in Ukraine, Wantent is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to deliver better audience intelligence for improved business results. Going far beyond focus groups and surveys, Wantent AI tracks facial movements and microexpressions, which are then analyzed for emotional engagement across a range of different emotions. Media companies, brands, and advertising agencies are utilizing Wantent to gain information and authentic insights into consumers' true feelings towards their advertising and content.
Thera
“Thera helps people get emotional support here and now. When therapy appointments are only available next week, and friends and relatives are busy with their lives, your feelings can’t wait,” the startup says about its mission. Combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the power of AI, Thera develops a platform that “listens, asks insightful questions, and provides instant tips and advice.”
Hackrate
Hackrate, a Hungarian startup established in 2020 by Balázs Pózner and Levente Molnár, makes cybersecurity testing transparent by providing a crowdsourced approach for continuous security testing. The company specializes in developing an ethical hacking platform that helps businesses identify software vulnerabilities and HackGATE, the industry's first solution for controlling, managing and monitoring ethical hacker projects.
Hypherdata
Founded in Slovakia in 2021 by Jana Miniarikova, Hyperdata is an online Reverse Healthcare Data Auction. It is a place where healthcare providers, research institutions, and healthtech companies submit bids to provide their data sets to support precision medicine and real-world evidence studies requested by pharmaceutical companies or other startups. The platform simplifies contracts, payments, and communication between buyers and sellers, featuring secure payment gateways, digital contract administration, and real-time messaging.
MyDello
MyDello is a digital freight forwarder. Launched in 2021 by a team of seasoned logistics experts, its mission is to reduce waste in global supply chains and make global shipping more accessible for businesses of every size. As MyDello claims, its solution takes the stress out of global shipping by offering customers shipping options across all freight modes with instant quotes and guaranteed prices, as well as saves hours per each shipment that they would otherwise spend manually comparing different shipping options and tracking all the information about their shipment.
