Greek conversational AI software Moveo.AI, which enhances customer experiences and operational efficiency across global enterprises, has raised €2.3 million led by Eleven Ventures, with participation from Uni.Fund and Charge.
- Founded in 2020 by Panos Karagiannis and George Karagiannis, Moveo.AI develops a comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) platform that uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and real-time data to create self-improving GenAI agents, simplifying complex technology for enterprises.
- The startup operates in the USA, Greece, and Brazil, offering global reach across more than 20 languages and serving 10 million conversations per month for over 100 clients across 89 countries.
- Moveo.AI employs a team of 30 professionals and has partnered with notable firms such as Betano, Skroutz, Alpha Bank, Viva.com, AVIS, ThermPro, and Vitex.
Details of the deal
- The fresh funding was led by Eleven Ventures, a Sofia-based venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments. Initially, they invest between €250,000 and €1 million, with the potential for follow-on funding up to €2.5 million. Their focus areas include fintech, health tech, the future of work, and the future of food, and they have made 150 investments to date.
- The investment also saw participation from Athens-based investment management firm Uni.Fund and New York VC Charge.
- With the new capital, Moveo.AI aims to improve its platform capabilities and proprietary LLMs while also supporting the growth of its team, particularly in research and development. In 2024, the company will focus on expanding into the Americas by forming strategic partnerships to enhance its regional presence.
