Hannover-based energy power generation startup MARCLEY, which offers owners of multifamily homes a solar solution to benefit from green electricity, has raised €5 million in a seed funding round to supply residents with affordable, eco-friendly electricity. The investment was led by VIRIDA and Venture Stars.
- Founded in 2022 by Friedrich Grimm, Florian Schnipkoweit, and Florian Schulte, MARCLEY offers a free PV solution, enabling homeowner communities to have a shared, environmentally friendly power supply without any bureaucratic or financial burden.
- The startup is focused on delivering green electricity in Germany by using unused roof spaces on apartment buildings. The startup provides an easy-to-install solar solution for multifamily homes, allowing homeowners' associations to access photovoltaic (PV) power with no upfront costs.
