Zurich-based coaching platform FLOWIT, which offers real-time feedback and development tools tailored for front-line and non-desk employees, has raised €4.2 million in a seed funding round. The oversubscribed investment was co-led by Vi Partners and Alstin Capital.
- Founded in 2020 by Hosam Shahin, Stephan Müller, Yasemin Tahris, and Bilâl Tahris, FLOWIT develops AI-based coaching software for human resources management.
- The platform is designed to enhance staff development and provide real-time feedback, reaching all employees within a company, including those on the front lines. FLOWIT's development cards empower employees to work towards personal goals in a focused manner, with the flexibility to adapt to the specific skills, tools, and competencies of each organization.
- FLOWIT, with a team of 20 employees, supports over 70 companies across the DACH region, including notable names like Bindella, Decathlon, NIKIN, Agrola, Bernina, Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, and Saudronic.
Details of the deal
- The current round was co-led by Altendorf-based VC Vi Partners and Alstin Capital, a Munich-based venture capital firm that invests in B2B startups across Europe, with additional support from Daniel Gutenberg.

- With this funding, FLOWIT plans to scale its operations, expand internationally, grow its team to 50 employees.
