Tallinn-based UX copilot Flowstep announced that it has received a €1 million grant to speed up the improvement of its AI. The grant was provided by Enterprise Estonia.
- Flowstep was founded in 2022 by Kaarel Roben, Matt Clannachan, Svyat Polishchuk, and Finn Sami Nieminen. The startup develops a UX library that includes samples and images of well-known apps. Users can analyze the samples provided and generate polished design artifacts from the Infinite Imagination algorithm.
- Flowstep has customers worldwide, includine Wise, Paramount+, DoorDash, Spotify, and Meta.
- Last year, the startup secured €755,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Tera Ventures, with participation from Specialist VC and angel investors in 2023.
- This time, Flowstep received a grant from Enterprise Estonia (EAS), which was founded in 2000. It is an organization that promotes business and regional policy in Estonia by offering financial aid, counselling, cooperation opportunities, and training for entrepreneurs.
- The capital will help Flowstep to expand its team, enhance their AI, and improve its design research efforts.
