Madrid-based investment platform Crescenta, which simplifies access to private market investments through education and digital tools, has raised €7 million in funding to fuel global expansion and product innovation. Acurio Ventures and Kfund led the round.
- Founded in 2022 by Eduardo Navarro and Ramiro Iglesias, Crescenta is an investment platform providing access to private markets, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and private debt.
- The platform enables professional and retail investors to invest in top-tier funds with minimum commitments starting at €10,000, offering tools and resources to simplify and enhance private market investing.
- Crescenta employs a team of 25 and manages over €80 million in assets, including €45 million through Crescenta Alpha, serving 1,350 investors across 10 investments.
Details of the deal
- The funding round was led by Acurio Ventures, a Bilbao-based VC that recently raised €150 million for Acurio Ventures III. This fund aims to support around 50 early-stage European startups, primarily in seed and Series A rounds, and Kfund, a Madrid-based firm that raised a €70 million fund to support Southern European founders.
