Romanian startup Assista AI, which is revolutionizing task automation with Multi-AI agents, has received €100,000 from Gluon Syndicate to expand its sales and marketing efforts, as Vestbee was told.
- Founded in 2023 by Paul Burca and Anton Zaharia, Assista AI, incorporated in the US, automates daily tasks using AI assistants. It connects with over 100 tools like Gmail, Slack, and HubSpot, allowing users to complete tasks with simple text commands.
- Assista AI handles tasks like finding leads, sending emails, and scheduling meetings, saving time and reducing manual work. The startup is also developing advanced AI features, including a system that learns user behavior to automate tasks more efficiently.
- In 2024, Assista AI participated in Gluon Syndicate’s inaugural pitch event. After completing due diligence and business plan approval, the investment was finalized via a SAFE note in February 2025.
Details of the deal
- The investment came from Gluon Syndicate, a Bratislava-based group that connects Slovak and Czech investors to support early-stage startups in the CEE region, with typical investments between €100,000 and €300,000. This round included contributions from eight investors, ranging from €5,000 to €50,000.

- The funding will help Assista AI grow its sales and marketing, develop new features like the "Digital Twin" and DeepResearch agent, and add more integrations with productivity apps.
