Brussels-based event management platform anyKrowd, which provides tools for ticketing, payments, and team coordination, has raised €4 million in a Series A funding round from Finance & Invest Brussels. The company will use the funds to expand its team and accelerate growth.
- Founded in 2022 by David Mary, Michael David Passy, Wim Van Hooydonck, and Yannick De Groote, AnyKrowd offers a 360° event management platform that simplifies operations.
- The platform combines tools for ticketing, cashless payments, team accreditation, and access control to ensure smooth event execution.
- With real-time dashboards and analytics, organizers can track sales, monitor attendance, and address issues quickly, enhancing the attendee experience.
- The platform supports events of all sizes with RFID payments, live maps, and communication tools, serving clients like Hangar, Reggae Geel, Voodoo Village, Jeux d'Hiver, UMI, Kasko, and RWDM.
Details of the deal
- The round was led by Finance & Invest Brussels, which contributed €1 million. The firm supports Brussels businesses with loans, investments, and guarantees, targeting startups, scale-ups, and SMEs with ticket sizes ranging from €100,000 to €5 million, as well as smaller enterprises with ticket sizes from €5,000 to €150,000.
