Stockholm-based construction tech firm AI-BOB, which uses AI to ensure blueprint compliance, has raised €2 million for global expansion. CapitalT and Fund F by Female Founders led the round.
- Founded in 2024 by Elin Mårtensson, Petter Wallberg, Rickard Svedenmark, and Olle Eriksson, AI-BOB develops an AI-driven solution to ensure blueprint compliance and streamline building regulations for architects and property developers.
- AI-BOB automates compliance reviews, offers real-time feedback on accessibility regulations, and provides AI-powered expert assistance during video calls. It integrates seamlessly with Revit, streamlining workflows without extra logins or systems.
Details of the deal
- The investment was led by CapitalT, a venture capital firm based in Amsterdam that backs software tech startups across Europe, including the Netherlands, the UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany, along with Fund F by Female Founders.
