Austria’s firm Sipfront raises €1.8M to scale enterprise voice AI quality assurance

Schwechat-based startup Sipfront, which develops software for monitoring and quality assurance in telecommunications networks, has raised €1.8 million in funding to further expand its strategic focus on voice AI and continue developing its solutions for enterprise customers, as Vestbee was informed.

  • Founded by Andreas Granig, Markus Seidl and Daniel Tiefnig, Sipfront develops software for monitoring, testing and quality assurance of enterprise telecommunications and voice AI systems.
  • The firm’s platform analyzes SIP signaling, RTP media streams and conversation flows to detect technical failures such as packet loss, jitter, latency, one-way audio and content delivery errors that are not visible in application-level AI dashboards.
  • Sipfront combines deep-packet network observability with automated voicebot testing, load simulations and content verification to help enterprises validate voice quality, system reliability and regulatory compliance across complex, AI-driven telephony infrastructures.

“Companies therefore need robust tools to ensure that their voice AI remains precise, high-performing and scalable. That is exactly what we are continuing to develop our technology for – with an increasing focus on enterprise requirements," explains Andreas Granig, CEO and co-founder of Sipfront.

Details of the deal

  • The round included €500,000 from existing investor tecnet equity, alongside approximately €1.25 million from Amsterdam-based Airbridge Equity Partners, with business angels Gernot Singer, Jan Trionow and Markus Buchner reinvesting.

“Sipfront addresses an enormously fast-growing market, as AI-powered customer communication is becoming a strategic core process for companies worldwide. We are investing because Sipfront not only impresses technologically but also brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by modern enterprises," claims Rutger Delhaas, Partner at Airbridge.

  • The firm will use the fresh funding to expand its strategic focus on voice AI, further develop enterprise-grade quality assurance solutions, and scale capabilities such as AI-powered test bots, content verification, dynamic dialogue testing, and stress testing for high-volume voice systems.
