PDKINEMATICS raises €2M to scale precision-guided UAV systems for NATO and Ukraine

Lithuanian defence startup PDKINEMATICS, which develops precision guidance systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), has secured a €2 million seed round led by Coinvest Capital and Iron Wolf Capital.

  • Founded in 2025 by Rapolas Markevičius, Simonas Stasevičius, and Dominykas Rinkevičius, PDKINEMATICS  focuses on building drone-agnostic, GNSS-independent navigation and targeting modules.
  • These systems are designed to allow UAVs to operate in environments where satellite navigation is unavailable, degraded, or actively jammed, such as contested electronic warfare zones.
  • The company’s technology combines onboard guidance software with modular hardware components, enabling integration across different drone platforms. Its systems are intended to improve flight stability, targeting accuracy, and mission reliability without relying on external positioning signals. The approach reflects a broader shift in modern drone warfare toward autonomous, signal-resilient navigation systems.

Details of the deal

  • With the fresh capital, the firm plans to scale manufacturing and expand the deployment of its precision-guidance systems across Europe and Ukraine. It also aims to strengthen integrations with UAV manufacturers and defence partners, supporting wider adoption of its technology in both operational and industrial defence supply chains.

“Precision-guided systems are the future of modern warfare. The PDKINEMATICS team combines entrepreneurial drive with deep engineering talent and moves at the speed this moment demands. They have earned credibility in Ukraine, and we believe it positions them to become a defining defence technology company for NATO allies," explains Zygimantas Susnys, Founding Partner at Iron Wolf Capital.
