Netherlands-based B2B SaaS startup has raised €1.8 million in funding. The investment round was led by European venture capital firm Hi inov to support the company’s global expansion, as Vestbee was informed.
- Established in 2021 by Jens Visser, Ron Lohuis, Daniël van der Berg, and Jonatan Elgersma, Partnify develops a cloud-based platform designed to simplify collaboration between different companies working on shared projects.
- The software brings together communication, task management, document sharing, and agreements in one centralized environment. Instead of relying on separate tools such as email, chat apps, and file-sharing systems, users can manage all aspects of joint projects within Partnify’s interface.
- The platform structures and tracks collaboration by keeping all project-related data accessible to every participating organization. Its AI component analyzes communication and workflow data to identify risks like project delays or misaligned goals, and it provides practical recommendations to keep projects on track.
Details of the deal
- The €1.8 million funding round for Partnify was led by Hi inov, a European B2B SaaS-focused venture capital firm with offices in Paris, Lyon, and Munich, and joined by Rabobank, Inovexus, Maasinvest, and several angel investors who also participated in Partnify’s previous €500,000 seed round.
“Partnify’s vision aligns perfectly with our mission to support European B2B SaaS companies that drive real value. SMEs in particular are in need of solutions that reduce complexity. Partnify combines technological depth with practical utility, positioning itself to become the standard for partnership-driven projects across Europe – ultimately strengthening SME competitiveness," claims Wolfgang Krause, Partner at Hi inov.
- Partnify will use the fresh €1.8 million funding to expand its team, enhance its platform with AI capabilities, and accelerate international growth across Germany, France, Belgium, and Sweden.
