Deeptech and generalist VCs backing Europe’s defence and dual-use startups

Europe's defence tech sector is attracting capital well beyond specialist defence funds. Increasingly, deeptech and generalist investors are stepping in and occasionally backing military technologies, autonomous systems, cybersecurity, space-based intelligence, and other dual-use solutions.

Here are deeptech and generalist VC firms investing in European defence and dual-use startups.

Over twenty years, it has backed more than 60 companies, with a long-standing concentration in cybersecurity.
