- The fund will focus on six areas, including satellites, optics and Earth observation, satellite communications, electronics and photonics, rockets and propulsion, as well as data and artificial intelligence. Its portfolio is expected to comprise 15-20 companies. While it will primarily target Polish businesses, it may also invest in European companies with their main interests in Poland.
- ICEYE, a global provider of satellite reconnaissance systems, is the fund’s strategic partner, bringing expertise in scaling a space technology company internationally.
- Other strategic partners include Krakowski Park Technologiczny, the Ministry of Development and Technology, and the Polish Space Agency.
