Barcelona-based startup 011h, which builds sustainable modular homes using digital methods, has raised €20 million in a funding round led by Ship2B Ventures and CDTI, with participation from existing investors Seaya Ventures, Breega Venture II, Sicar, and business angels Alex Valls, José Ojeda, and Juan Velayos.
- Established in 2020 by Lucas Carné and José Manuel Villanueva, 011h is a construction technology company transforming the way residential buildings are designed and built.
- The firm combines industrialized construction with prefabricated components, a fully digitalized workflow, and an integrated supplier network, aiming to make construction faster, more efficient, and sustainable.

Details of the deal
- 011h will use the €20 million to increase project capacity, advance its digital construction platform, and optimize modular building methods.
- The funds will support sustainable materials, streamline the supply chain, and improve efficiency across design, production, and assembly, while establishing a recurring business model to ensure long-term growth and the delivery of over 600 homes by 2027.
