Vilnius-based startup Strato Create has raised €167,400 from Coinvest Capital and business angels to automate home design, estimation, and sales for builders and architects, aiming to transform the PropTech industry.
- Founded in 2018 by Beatrice Laurinkute Kijeviciene and Jokūbas Vaišvila, Strato Create develops a cloud-based platform that automates the homebuilding process for architects, builders, and prefab manufacturers, streamlining design, estimation, and sales.
- The platform enables architects to quickly generate design options, refine blueprints, and get real-time cost estimates, automating design iterations and providing instant pricing for greater efficiency.
- Strato Create provides builders with construction-ready designs and accurate budget estimates, helping to streamline project timelines.
- The startup has participated in the ROCKIT Pre-Accelerator, a program that helps early-stage startups refine their ideas, develop products, and connect with investors and industry experts to accelerate growth.
Details of the deal
- The investment saw support from Coinvest Capital, a Lithuanian early-stage venture capital firm managing €25.5 million in assets and with 36 portfolio companies, including two exits, along with several business angels, including Audrius Dzikevicius, Donatas Aksomitas, and Stanislovas Arlinskas.
- Strato Create plans to use the raised capital to enhance product development, expand the team, scale operations, and accelerate market growth.
