Krakow-based eMobility software company Solidstudio has secured €4.7 million (20 million PLN) from bValue Fund to drive its global expansion and enhance digital solutions for EV charging.
- Founded in 2017 by Paweł Małkowiak and Piotr Majcher, Solidstudio develops digital solutions for the eMobility sector, specializing in EV charging infrastructure.
- The company offers customizable platforms, including Charge Point Management Systems for operators and eMobility Service Provider apps for drivers, with features such as integration, real-time monitoring, automated billing, and analytics.
- Solidstudio provides end-to-end support, from consulting and analysis to implementation, customization, and maintenance. Their expertise includes Charging Point Operator platforms, eMSP apps, open standards (OICP, OCPI, OCPP, OSCP), grid integration, and smart charging solutions.
Details of the deal
- The investment was made by bValue Fund, a growth equity firm managing €120 million in Central and Eastern Europe. The fund invests between €5 million and €15 million in tech and tech-enabled businesses, focusing on both seed and growth-stage opportunities.
- The startup plans to use the funds to expand its product offerings, enter new international markets, and accelerate innovation within the eMobility and energy transformation sectors.
- The investment will also help Solidstudio enhance its existing solutions, improve scalability, and speed up the development of new features.
