Seeds of Bravery, a €20 million EU-funded initiative aimed at integrating Ukrainian tech startups into the European market, has awarded €2 million in funding to 59 Ukrainian startups across various sectors, including Innovative Entrepreneurship, Deep Tech Incubators, Rebuild Ukraine, and DeepTech Scale-Up & Acceleration.
- Seeds of Bravery (UASEEDs) is a project funded by the European Union under the European Innovation Council (EIC), supported by a network of 17 partners and 2 associated partners. It is dedicated to integrating Ukrainian tech innovators into European markets.
The fund supports five key areas with varying funding amounts:
Innovative Entrepreneurship: 21 startups received up to €25,000 each to support business continuity and promote women-led companies. These include:

- Scople: Device using AI to analyze surroundings.
- WedCulling: AI service for sorting and selecting photos.
- Apixmed: Virtual assistant for personalized disease treatment.
- ClinCaseQuest: Platform for medical training with interactive simulations.
- Effy AI: AI assistant for improving employee engagement.
- FluxHR: AI tool for video interview recruiting.
- Univera: App connecting students with job opportunities and university services.
- Allpass.ai: Automated tool for financial compliance and security.
- Breakthrough Invention in Aircraft Propulsion: Innovative aircraft propulsion technology.
- OptySun: Portable UV-based water purifier.
- Biobetter: AI strategy for managing stress and well-being.
- Harvy Market: Marketplace for farm and artisanal products.
- Metal-Hydride Systems: Advanced hydrogen storage technology.
- Stackoon: Tool for managing and reducing software subscription costs.
- Because Talents Matter: Network for talent professionals focusing on growth and learning.
- LightMirror: Panels that reduce energy use in buildings by bringing in natural light.
- Corner Renovation: AI platform for easy kitchen remodeling.
- Automatic Pneumatic Mailer for Grain Products (APMgp): System for sending grain samples to labs.

Deep Tech Incubators: 10 early-stage startups received up to €25,000 each for pre-MVP activities, including:

- BeesAgainstMines: AI-based technologies for non-contact land clearing.

- FluxHR: AI-based recruiting tool for video interviews.
- Skinner AI: Cloud-based AI model training for drones, robotics, and self-driving cars.
- LightMirror: Reflective panels for medical facilities.
- OptySun: Solar-powered water purification system.
- Funely AI: AI-powered digital marketing platform for SMEs.
Rebuild Ukraine: 7 innovators received up to €25,000 each to aid in post-war reconstruction efforts, including:
- Univera: App that connects students' academic experience with job opportunities.
- Proste ZNO: Tool that simplifies the university admission process.
- Nasnaga: Marketplace for finding personal health coaches.
- DiM: IoT platform for managing and maintaining infrastructure.
- Briller.House: AI-driven system for building eco-friendly houses.
- Harvy Market: Marketplace for buying and selling farm and artisanal products.
- Zberydim: Kit for building wooden house frames.
DeepTech Scale-Up & Acceleration: 21 startups received up to €50,000 each to scale prototypes and expand market reach, such as:

- V-Art: Software for automating intellectual property licensing.
