Paris-based startup Neuralk AI, which develops an AI embedding model to improve structured data representation, has secured $4 million in funding to create the first tabular foundation model for commerce. Investors include Fly Ventures, StemAI, and STATION F.
- Established in 2023 by Alexandre Pasquiou and Antoine Moissenot, Neuralk AI develops customizable AI embedding models using advanced Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to optimize structured data representation, offering flexible, secure, cost-efficient, and high-performance solutions for businesses.

- The startup has partnered with leading AI experts and laboratories, such as Google Cloud for Startups, WAS Startups, Hugging Face, and Nvidia. Neuralk AI has also worked with its first clients, including Auchan Retail, E.Leclerc, Mirakl, and Lucky Cart.
Details of the deal
- The investment was led by Fly Ventures, a Berlin-based VC that supports seed-stage European startups in enterprise and deeptech. Fly Ventures recently raised an oversubscribed €80 million Fund III in a single close.
- The round also received support from StemAI, STATION F, and several business angels, including Thomas Wolf, Charles Gorintin, Vincent Luciani, Philippe Corrot, Xavier Perret, Jean-Louis Quéguiner, Nagi Letaifa, Saturnin Pugnet, and Julien Launay.
- The startup will use the funds to optimize its AI model, expand its team, onboard new partners, and drive innovation in tabular data representation for commerce.
