The platform combines scientific research, psychological expertise, and AI-driven personalization to help employees assess and improve their well-being, while providing organizations with tools to identify and manage psychosocial risks.
 - Employees can use self-assessment questionnaires to monitor stress and burnout levels, access tailored recommendations, and receive professional support when needed.
 - At the organizational level, Moodwork collects anonymized data, analyzes factors affecting well-being, and offers guidance for interventions, training, and internal communication. The platform supports all employees, across roles and sites, aiming to prevent workplace stress and promote long-term mental health.
