London-based startup IntelexVision, specializing in AI-powered CCTV monitoring for real-time threat detection, has raised £5.6 million in a Series A funding round led by Acurio Ventures, Adara Ventures, and Inveready.
- Founded in 2017 by Michael Vorstman, IntelexVision delivers AI-powered surveillance solutions that autonomously monitor, analyze, and detect security threats in real-time.
- IntelexVision operates across five continents, working with over 70 distributors and technology partners. Its AI processes more than 2 billion hours of video each month, optimizing sectors such as critical infrastructure, transportation, healthcare, and urban environments by enabling faster response times and improved operational efficiency.
Details of the deal
- The Series A round received backing from Acurio Ventures, a Bilbao-based VC managing €300 million across four investment vehicles, Adara Ventures, a Luxembourg-based VC, and Inveready, a San Sebastián financial firm specializing in investment and wealth management solutions.
