Pracuj Ventures is an early-stage CVC of Poland’s biggest providers of HR and L&D services Grupa Pracuj. Similar to the groups’ profile, Pracuj Ventures is actively looking for startups innovating in anything related to HR and L&D from ambitious Polish and/or Ukrainian companies. Being present well over two decades in the industry, Pracuj Ventures provides not only the funding but the ability to launch pilot projects across the Pracuj Group, utilize internal know-how as well as have a chance for a good exit to Pracuj Group. Some of the fund ventures include employee engagement platform Worksmile and elderly care application SeniorApp.
