Milan-based startup Volta Software, which revolutionizes B2B commerce by offering businesses ease, flexibility, and digital innovation similar to consumer experiences, has secured a €5 million extension led by RTP Global, bringing its total funding to €11 million.

- In 2024, the startup raised €6 million in a pre-seed funding round to digitize the B2B ordering process. The round was backed by EMBLEM and 40 investors from around the world.

- The round was led by RTP Global, a global early-stage venture capital firm that invests in high-growth startups across Europe and the US, supporting companies in fintech, SaaS, and engineering-driven sectors.
- Volta will use the €5 million funding to expand its workforce, advance its AI platform, and accelerate its European market rollout. The capital will support the creation of new AI agents that automate processes, centralize orders, and provide actionable insights for sales teams. It will also enable faster deployment for B2B distributors and suppliers, helping them modernize operations and improve efficiency.
