Stockholm-based Vessla, which develops an AI-powered platform for automating property operations, has raised $3.3 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Seedcamp, with participation from Inception Fund, Tiny VC, founders Lukas Saari and Fredrik Hjelm, and operators from OpenAI and Lovable, alongside other angel investors.
- Founded in 2026, Vessla is building an agentic operating system that connects the software used by residential and commercial property owners and managers.
- Its AI agents retrieve information from existing systems, apply company-specific operating rules and execute workflows across connected software, while leaving decisions requiring human judgment or approval to employees.
Details of the deal
- With the fresh capital, Vessla plans to further develop its AI platform and integrations with existing property management systems.
- The company aims to expand the use of AI agents across leasing, building operations and investment planning, helping property businesses improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase rental income.
