Lithuanian-founded firm Outcraft AI, which develops autonomous software agents for sales and revenue execution, has secured a €2 million pre-seed round led by Practica Capital, with participation from Lost Astronaut.
- Established in 2025 by founders Will Nauseda, Edvinas Rakickas, and Rytis Dereskevicius, Outcraft AI develops autonomous software agents that execute sales and revenue-related tasks without human intervention.
- The platform connects to a company’s existing CRM or commerce systems and monitors customer activity in real time, such as new sign-ups, abandoned checkouts, failed payments, or inactivity, triggering automated interactions across voice calls, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. Using built-in decision logic, the system determines the next action and manages conversations end-to-end.
- It is applied across the full customer lifecycle, including lead qualification, demo booking, onboarding, payment recovery, and churn prevention.
"We’re not building another sales tool or engagement platform. We’re developing autonomous AI agents that execute customer engagement end to end, enabling companies to respond instantly across multiple channels and drive measurable revenue outcomes," claims Will Nauseda, CEO and co-founder of Outcraft AI.
- Early customers include Omnisend, Pulsetto, and Warmy.io, with reported use cases such as recovering abandoned checkouts, re-engaging inactive users, and increasing repeat purchases.
Details of the deal
- With the fresh capital, the firm plans to accelerate development of its autonomous revenue agent platform, enhancing real-time voice and decision-making capabilities, while expanding its go-to-market efforts and entering new markets to scale adoption.
