Marble secures $3.75M to develop AI coworkers for business process automation

Munich-based AI startup Marble Cognition (Marble), which develops AI-powered tools to map and automate business processes, has secured $3.75 million in a pre-seed funding round co-led by Heartcore Capital and Seedcamp, with participation from angel investors and executives from Mistral AI, Meta, Lovable, BCG and Legora, as Vestbee was informed.

  • Founded in 2025 by Felix Rösner and Christophe Schmit, Marble develops AI coworkers that learn how employees perform everyday tasks by observing workflows across business applications.
  • The platform maps internal processes and uses this information to build AI agents capable of carrying out repetitive tasks across existing company tools, while keeping employees involved in activities requiring human judgement or approval.
  • Marble reports that its technology is already deployed at several organisations, including EGYM, Mutares and Enam, supporting workflows across customer support, finance, operations and sales.

Details of the deal

  • With the fresh capital, the company aims to scale its AI inference capabilities, expand its engineering team in Munich and support its launch in the US market.
